Ciabatta

Developed using an ancient Italian recipe, our delicious Ciabatta has a crisp crust and a dense texture with the beautiful aromatic holey centre.

Sourdough Batard

A moist flavoursome loaf made using traditional fermentation methods from San Francisco’s Bay area. It has a thick golden crust and deliciously soft centre.

Rustic 12" Baguettes

These traditional country-style loaves have a delightful aroma with a thin crisp crust. perfect for slicing diagonally.

Grain Batard

Our skilled bakers use time-honoured techniques to carefully ferment the dough, ensuring maximum flavour, strength and maturity. Its slightly nutty texture is packed full of wholegrain goodness.

Cheese Batard

Our passionate bakers have carefully selected a full-bodied cheese to add to the time-honoured Batard recipe, making it one of the most popular flavoursome loaves in our range.

Garlic Batard

Made with delicious chunks of fresh-roasted garlic in the best European baking tradition through a carefully extended fermentation process and a delicate bake on the hearth of the oven.

Rustic Sourdough Boule

Boule is French for "ball." This traditional European sourdough loaf has been perfected over the centuries. Arriving today with its deep-brown golden crust and chewy crumb it has a rich deep, flavour and very mild tang.

Turkish Bread

Dating back to the Ottoman Empire our Turkish flat bread recipe pays homage to its origins with an open holey texture sprinkled with a dash of sesame seeds.

Rye Sourdough

Rooted in the soil of northern Europe, Rye has a deep flavour full of character. Baked until the crust has a sturdy outer texture and retaining its lightly soft, sour flavoured crumb.
